All Hesed's activity is built on unselfish work of volunteers. They participate in all programs, which exist due to their labor. Enrolment of new volunteers is organized by the "Volunteer" program. It provides interviews with those who want to become volunteers. This program checks labor provision of volunteers. Seminars of volunteers educating are also conducted.

24 physicians-volunteers work in the program "Medical consultations", including: endocrinologist, cardiologist, oculist, neuropathologist, internist, traumatologist, psychotherapist and so on.

In the "Club" program the following groups of volunteers are working: lecture group, group's leaders, activists of art group, librarian.

In the program "Moked Lakashish" craftsman-volunteers are working on the footwear repair, watch repair, umbrellas repair and so on. Also hairdressers and lawyer are working.

Volunteers take active participation in functioning of a regional program - medical consultations, artistic amateur performances.

Volunteers of Home Care program helps wards, read them newspapers, tell news, elate mood of wards.

Efficient functioning of the Hesed's programs would be impossible without active participation of big group of volunteers-reporters. They inform all wards about social programs, cultural actions of Hesed and community.
