Activity of Hesed is performed due to support of two main charities:

The American Jewish Joint Distributing Committee, Inc. (JDC), financing all social programs of Hesed, training of the Hesed's employees, providing help in the development of partner relations with local Jewish communities.

United Jewish Federation of Metrowest, which supports relationships with Cherkassy Jewish community, systematically supports development of Hesed's programs. Hesed's office building, medical equipment, video- and multiplying techniques, Jewish attributes and others were bought on funds of federation.

Sarah Lipsey arrived in Cherkassy in the staff of delegation of United Jewish Federation of Metrowest. She bought 80 pair of spectacles for Hesed's wards on her own savings. She presents this gift to physician-volunteer L. Semenov.
